Golden State Water recently launched MyGSWater, a self-service web portal designed to enhance the customer experience via online convenience.

Within the MyGSWater portal, customers can manage their account online, schedule recurring payments and access payment history, making the processes of paying and managing their water bill fast and simple.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to enroll.

1:  Before beginning the enrollment process, make sure to have the following on hand: Golden State Water account number and the phone number associated with the account.

2:  Visit and click on the link under the “MyGSWater” heading. Once on the MyGSWater portal, select “Sign up now.”

3:  Input both the account number, and phone number associated with the identified account.

4:  Enter the required information to set up a user profile including name, address and desired username and password to log into the MyGSWater portal.

5:  Develop three security questions that can be used to gain access to MyGSWater in case the username or password is forgotten.

6:  A verification email will be sent to the email address listed on the account and once confirmed, the enrollment process is complete!
