Golden State Water is pleased to offer a new convenient bill payment method. You can now PAY ONLINE or on your MOBILE DEVICE through Western Union® Speedpay® using your checking account, debit or credit card. All you need to get started is your Golden State Water account number and associated phone number at the time of transaction. A $2 Western Union service fee will apply.
Western Union® Quick Collect®
You can pay your bill at any Western Union® location in the United States through the Quick Collect® service. Payments can be made in cash at any Kmart, Ralphs, Safeway, US Bank or Vons, or click here for a list of locations in your area. A $1 service fee will apply.
Golden State Water Company
You may also pay in-person with cash, check or money order at your local Golden State Water office. Note: After business hours, you can still make a payment at the local office by placing the payment in the drop box.
