Effective July 31st, 2023, the California Public Utilities Commission approved new rates to ensure the safety and dependability of your local water system. The average residential customer in the Arden Cordova Customer Service Area with a 5/8 x 3/4” meter using 9,724 gallons (1,300 cubic feet or 13 Ccf) per month will see their monthly bill increase from $37.81 to $38.88 (excluding any applicable surcharges).

The average commercial customer in the Arden Cordova Customer Service Area with a 2” meter using 103,224 gallons (13,800 cubic feet or 138 Ccf) per month will see their monthly bill increase from $373.26 to $439.61 (excluding any applicable surcharges). 

Customers will be billed on a flat rate for the first 12 months of service under Golden State Water, but the customer can convert to Metered Billing Service upon request. Golden State will assist in familiarizing Robbins’ customers to metered rates by including information in customer bills on their water usage and potential costs when transitioning to metered rates.
