Customers will have the opportunity to file an appeal if/when their service area reaches Stage 2 of the Staged Mandatory Conservation and Rationing plan (Schedule 14.1).

The Allocation Appeal Application may only be submitted for consideration if your water system has been notified of the activation of the Mandatory Water Conservation and Rationing (Schedule 14.1) plan. To determine if your Customer Service Area has reached Stage 2 or higher, please refer to the list below.

Please download and complete all fields in the Allocation Appeal Application and carefully read the guidelines found on page two of the application. Once finished, completed applications can be returned by mail, fax or email to identified addresses provided in the application.  

PLEASE NOTE: Submissions with incomplete information or missing documentation(s) will be returned to applicant. Approval of an allocation adjustment does not constitute a release from conserving in your home and penalties may be incurred if you exceed your water allocation. Processing may take 30 days. Golden State Water will respond to your request in writing.  If approved, new allocation will apply starting with the next bill. For questions, call 1-800-999-4033.
