2026 General Rate Case (2028-30)
The rates proposed for 2028-2030 will provide customers in the Claremont Service Area with long-term value by investing over $37 million in local water infrastructure essential to delivering safe, high-quality, and reliable drinking water.
Proposed investments include replacing two groundwater wells that have exceeded their useful service lives, upgrading the 1.5-million-gallon Del Monte Reservoir and 1.5-million-gallon Pomello Reservoir, installing tank mixers at five reservoirs to improve water quality, and replacing critical pressure-reducing valves and treatment infrastructure throughout the system. These projects, combined with ongoing pipeline replacements throughout the service area, will improve water quality, strengthen local groundwater reliability, and extend the life of critical water infrastructure. Together with the company’s ongoing investments in water treatment technology and fire hydrants that support public safety, new investments will help maintain safe drinking water standards and reliable service for the community.
