Golden State Water Company Welcomes Gino DiCaro as Public Policy and Government Affairs Manager

San Dimas, Calif. – Golden State Water Company (Golden State Water) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gino DiCaro as Public Policy and Government Affairs Manager. DiCaro will lead strategic advocacy efforts and strengthen relationships with federal, state and local government agencies. 

“I’m honored to join Golden State Water and contribute to its mission of delivering safe, reliable and high-quality water service to communities across California,” said Gino DiCaro. “I look forward to working with policymakers, regulators and community leaders to support sustainable water solutions and advocate for the needs of our customers.” 

With more than 30 years of experience in public affairs, communications and policy advocacy, DiCaro brings a deep understanding of California’s legislative and regulatory landscape. He previously served as Vice President of Communications at the Wine Institute and held senior leadership roles at the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, where he advanced key policy initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies.

In his new role, DiCaro will represent Golden State Water in advocacy efforts with elected officials and regulatory agencies, while providing strategic insight on evolving policy landscapes. He will also lead the implementation of the company’s public policy strategy and strengthen relationships with key government partners. 

DiCaro’s appointment reflects Golden State Water’s continued commitment to proactive engagement with policymakers and community leaders across California.
