GRC 2020 General Case (2022-24)
The General Rate Case approved June 29, 2023, invests over $2 million in the Morongo Valley Customer Service Area. The new rates are being invested in your service area’s new booster pump station, new electrical equipment, new chlorine analyzers, uranium treatment, and backup power equipment.
GRC 2023 General Case (2025-27)
The rates proposed for 2025-2027 will provide customers with long-term value by investing over $8.4 million in proactive capital investments and maintenance of local water infrastructure essential to the delivery and treatment of reliable, quality water. Investments in the Morongo Valley Service Area include but are not limited to, water distribution projects, structural and electrical improvements to a water plant, drilling new wells, and the replacement of aging water mains, pumping and water purification equipment.

Knobb Ave. Zone Realignment Project
Location: Park Avenue, Mojave Drive, San Jacinto Street and Hess Blvd. in the County of San Bernardino
Project Timeline: Mid- September 2022 - End of January 2023
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays)
7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Construction crews will work to:
- Install new pipelines
This project will improve the distribution system and ensure Golden State Water can continue providing reliable water service to local customers.
